Breathtakingly indescribable experience! Aby and the whole Rock to Bush crew were literal angels on Earth. Hiking Kilimanjaro for me was not easy at all, to say the least. But they gave us everything we needed - food, safety, encouragement, and for me, quite literally a helping hand to pull me up! - so that all we needed to focus on was making it up to the summit. My luggage did not arrive on the plane with me. But from the moment we arrived, Aby told me not to worry- and he was right. The stress of not having any of my clothes or gear was quickly forgotten. We were scheduled to start the hike the next day and beforehand he took me to rent the necessary gear needed…while Aby called the airlines for a luggage update every chance he could get a signal on the mountain. He even had one of our crew members go to the airport daily to check in on it! and on summit night at base camp, Mohammed was my angel who carried my gear (in ONE day) to surprise me hours before we woke up to start the summit! (I’m telling you, above and beyond!). We grew to become a family and I had tears in my eyes at our last meal. Incredibly fortunate to have met some of the most welcoming, supportive, caring, and humble individuals on this earth. We then spent the next few days on Safari which was breathtaking. Zero and Aby were incredibly knowledgeable about animal habits, timing, and when/where to see the animals and grab the best shots. We ate a beautiful lunch at the bottom of the crater complete with wine and also was able to experience a little of the Maasai culture and people. I did not want to leave!! A trip that words cannot do justice. And Aby, along with the Rock to Bush crew are the only ones I would go with again when I return to Tanzania.

Mt. Hanang' Hike I had the most awesome experience climbing Mt. Hanang' in Tanzania, all thanks to our guide, Abby, from Rock to Bush. It was a one-day hike packed with adventure, and Abby made it even better. Abby's planning was spot-on. He gave us the lowdown on the route and what to expect, making us feel ready for the challenge. Safety was a big deal for Abby, and that was reassuring. He kept an eye on us, adjusted the pace when needed, and made sure we all made it to the summit in one piece. Abby's friendliness was the cherry on top. He made sure we were well-fed and had a blast during breaks. And reaching the summit? Man, what a feeling! The views were insane. So, if you're thinking about climbing Mt. Hanang', I say go for it with Abby from Rock to Bush as your guide. He'll make it an unforgettable day filled with adventure, knowledge, and some seriously incredible memories. I'll definitely be using Rock to Bush the next time I'm on a safari or hike in Tanzania. Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking and Safari The main goal of this trip for me was to hike and summit Mount Kilimanjaro. And did I hike it. Abby and his team were 100% professional and prepared throughout. I felt safe, well taken care of and incredibly well fed the whole time. They even took vitals twice a day to see how the altitude would impact oxygen saturations. The crew became like family through the 7 days of hiking and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was taken care of on a daily basis - all I had to do was pack the appropriate layers into my day pack and have my water refilled. Abby cares deeply that his clients have a great experience and he even managed to get my friends delayed baggage up on the mountain for summit day. He really goes above and beyond. I think the most lovely aspect is that Abby is from Tanzania - and that rock to bush is his local business. And I think that’s very worthwhile to support! He also took us on 2 days of Safari - with and incredibly knowledgeable guide. Saw the big 5 and lots more. Excellent experience. Highly Recommend!

The Most Amazing Adventure I highly recommend using Rock to Bush Adventures for an amazing experience in Tanzania. Abby arranged an 8 day safari and trip to Zanzibar for us that was personalized and so much better than I ever expected. Each day, our tours and accommodations were well thought out and top notch. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of so that myself and my friends could just relax and have the time of our lives.

Epic Safari Adventure The trip was awesome. Abi and Peter are rock star guides for the safaris that we went on. We checked out the Serengeti, Arusha NP, Tarangire, Ngorogoro Crater, Lake Manyara. The Serengeti is absolutely breathing taking! Peter, who has been guiding for years, still has such enthusiasm that you can tell he loves it still. He is knowledgeable and friendly. He cares about each person. Abi is equally as amazing. He makes sure you’re there to have fun and relax. He scheduled a perfect itinerary to what we were interested in. Highly recommend. I have also climbed Kili with him as well. Highly suggest both endeavors. We also went to Zanzibar after to relax and had a Stone Town tour. The stone town was amazing. Equally as amazing was the Spices tour. It is nothing like you’d think, but better than expected. The beach where we relaxed and saw gorgeous sunsets were amazing. The water was crystal clear, blue and turquoise.

Safari! Aby and Peter did a fantastic job at giving us one of the most amazing and unforgettable experiences of my life. I never thought I’d get to see so many animals out in the wild. Peter was very knowledgeable about the animals and always gave us enough time to view and take pictures. Great driving too! Highly recommend this group and I hope to work with them again next year!

Rock to bush ROCKS!!! A month ago we climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with Rock to bush. It was a life-time expirience thanks to Rock to bush! Amazing Mount Meru Hike Rock to Bush Adventures provided us with a fully customizable hike to Mount Meru. We where aallowed to cook our own food and to hike with only the guide which was an amazing experience and also very cost effective. Om top of that the guide is also very friendly and fun to be around which made this one of our most memorable experiences in Tanzania. Definitely go with Rock to Bush adventures for your next excursion in Arusha or Tanzania.
